All our coffees are grown at 1900 meters above sea level in Tierradentro Cauca, very close to the snow-capped volcano of Huila. All coffees are grown under shade in a semi-organic way (we do not have an organic certification).
Quality standard for all green coffees
Excelsos 0-10. Humidity range 11-12%. Time in inventory 1-3 months maximum.
